I have done something like that on a treadmill. Jog for a minute or 2 then run for a minute. AFter that you increase the angle and just keep doing it. It is hard. And my metabolism is just fine thanks.

Ehh but the 30 second interval thing really shakes up your system. I believe that anything longer and your body will adjust to it or something >_>

Ended up bowling a 592 series, 201, 210, 181. Was a good night for not bowling at the place in at least 5 years.

I'll prolly do a lot better when I get the rust knocked off fully and get a decent set of lanes to bowl on. The lanes I was on tonight were completely dry which made my ball hook a lot more than normal.
